The staff were very helpful and best during our stay. The location of the hotel was lovely, to a downtown. Cafe Khaotha Coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The hotel staff are best. It has excellent location far away from the middle bus station, in a nice quiet area. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like Chew Xin Jai, set within 20 minutes walk or so...

Everything was perfect, I truly enjoyed my stay. The room met requirements, it was nicely decorated and fairly quiet with a mountain view and a nice balcony.- The food was delightful.- The staff was the best, so I will be back.

The location of Pai Yard Guest House is magnificent and stunning. It is just off Chiang Mai, near the bars and market. The breakfast was savory and delicious, with a variety of meals to choose from. The staff were excellent and always there to help.
